Tornado In Windsor

So I was in the tornado in Windsor, Colorado. I was at school when it happened and it just so happened to be the last day of school and all of the kids were getting out. My family was very lucky to have me be late because We would have been driving home if it wouldn't have been for my lateness. I was looking out of the window at our school thinking that maybe we should wait until the golf ball size hail was gone and not falling out of the sky like crazy. All of the sudden the school nurse comes over and nicely told us to get into the bathroom. My friends and I had no idea on what was happening because we thought that it was...well actually we had no idea. So we all got in and the emergency lights turned on and we had all of the school lights turn on. It really freaked out my friends and I cause we had no idea on what was happening. So then the nurse came back into the girls bathroom and told us that there was a tornado coming our way. We all thought "Ya right, a tornado? In Windsor?" It finally got to us when we heard the hail on the roof that sounded more like a million basketballs. It was terrifying. I told all of the girls it was going to be alright. (there was about fifteen of us in one stall) It really got me crying when one of my friends said that her new boyfriend was walking home and her brother and sister were in a trailer home for day care. I lost it. This was one of the buildings that I took a picture of first. Luckily we (the school) barley had any damage; it included two broken windows, some pipe damage, the flag pole a little crooked, and the fences torn out of place. Compared to the rest of the town, it was nothing. Now, I am not that religious but I know that some kind of God or Guardian Angle was watching out for us.
